Five channel video installation
“RAWBELLY” is a multi-channel video installation featuring the artist's moving body on multiple analog TVs. The video initially showcases the familiar visual aesthetics of a human body dancing and slowly transitions into a contrasting close up image of color, form, and movement. The transition from the initial visual slowly moves the audience away from the “appealing” form and shows the body in a more raw, pure and instinctive light.
